Private Policy
Zaayen refers to the service provided subject to these Terms and Conditions and/or Conop Systems.
We are very keen in mind that your data is protected and that you know what happens with your data.
1. Basic principles for handling your personal data
Zaayen strictly adheres to the following basic principles in the protection of your personal data:
- Zaayen shall collect, process and use your personal data in accordance with the laws and statutes on data protection of the Federal Republic of Germany and those of the European Union.
- Zaayen shall use your personal data solely to provide you the Zaayen Services on the Internet for which you have registered. Zaayen will never pass your Personal Data on to any third party, neither for advertising, nor for marketing for any other purposes.
2 Registration
Zaayen needs to collect and process certain elements of your personal data in the course of the registration process. First of all, this consists of the following data:
- gender
- first name
- last name
- password
- country
- city
- zip code
Your password and/or your email address are never visible at any time. Zaayen shall never disclose or give away your password and/or your user name on to any third party.
Furthermore, you will need to fill out the following personal data in the course of the registration process (mandatory fields):
- telephone number
- mobile number
- fax number
3 Your profile data, contact management
The following sections of the personal data you have made available in your profiles to Zaayen is not visible to all other Zaayen members:
All other Zaayen members may access your profile and view the information, you have specified to be made available to everyone (voluntary data).
Other Zaayen members may send you requests in order to establish contact with you. Zaayen members can also declare themselves as fan of any profile. In both case you will receive an email. Contact requests will need to be confirmed. Zaayen has preset your privacy settings under messages per default so that all Zaayen members may send you private messages.
4. Activities management: inquiries, offers, announcements, bookings and , event management
Zaayen offers you the possibility to manage your inquiries, offers, announcements, bookings and events . Those are considered as activities
Activities data are only available for to the parties involved (e.g. the sender and the receiver of an inquiry) The only exception resides on event which data can be published, if it is needed.
5. Invitations
As a Zaayen Member you may invite others to join Zaayen.
Zaayen shall process personal data collected in the course of the invitation solely for the invitation and shall not use it for any other purposes.
Please note that the following sections of your Personal Data are displayed to the recipient of the invitation:
Personal data:
- first name
- last name
- number of profile you have
- month and year of your membership
Profile data:
- profile type
- localization data (country, region and city)
- list of multimedia data
- type (video, audio and pictures)
- title and description
6. Search Functions
The Zaayen services offer various possibilities to search for particular Zaayen profiles, including a extended search features. These various search functions may assist you, for example, in finding other Zaayen profiles with similar interests. The search functions can also help you to initiate contact with other Zaayen members who offer exactly what you are looking for. Thus, you can find the profiles you need.
7. Newsletter, weekly Status-eMails and activities -eMails
Zaayen regularly sends out newsletters or weekly status emails (collectively hereinafter referred to as the "newsletter(s)") to all Zaayen members. In these newsletters Zaayen may inform you, among other things, about new features on Zaayen, about your events in the upcoming week, and Zaayen may also provide you with specific personal statistics from the respective past calendar week (i.e. the number of hits on your Profile, whether you have new inquiries and/ or bookings to be confirmed and/or new private messages, etc.).
Furthermore, Zaayen may present three (3) new profiles of Zaayen to you in each newsletter. It may also be the case that Zaayen presents your profiles to other Zaayen members in a newsletter. If you do not wish your profiles to be presented to other Zaayen members in a newsletter, you can change the settings under "Settings" at any time so that this shall not happen.
Also, Zaayen may send you all new announcements which match your profiles categories. Of course this may be apply to your announcements .
Finally, Zaayen may inform you about three (3) random Zaayen members who have visited your Profile in the past week. Of course, this may also apply to yourself, i.e. you may be one of those random Zaayen members with regard to another Zaayen member whose profile you have visited in the past week.
You may choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an email to the link provided at the end of each newsletter.
According to your settings or Zaayen default settings, you may receive email when:
- you receive a new inquiry, offer or booking
- when previously viewed profiles change theirs status
- when you are a part of an upcoming event
8. Cookies
After you have subscribed to Zaayen services , Zaayen will use cookies in order to identify you during the course of your sessions. A cookie will be stored on your computer. Upon the termination of your session, the cookie will be automatically deleted. You can save this cookie on your computer to enable automatic login for subsequent sessions by activating the function: "Login automatically on this computer". The cookie will then store part of your login data in encrypted form. If you select automatic login, please be aware that this will then only be possible on the same computer on which the cookie was first saved, i.e. an automatic login on two (2) different computers will not be possible.
9. Under age
Membership in Zaayen is reserved to persons who have reached the legal age of 18. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the protection of their children privacy.
