About Zaayen
Zaa...What?
Zaayen is a multi-profiling network for performing arts, it is an intermediation platform between artists and organizers. Its scope is on one side to give artists the opportunity to present themselves through one or more profiles with video, audio, pictures and text, and on the other side to allow organizers (venue managers, event managers or private persons) to directly contact artists in order to negotiate with them, and book them for performances.
Incidentally service providers (location manager, catering..) can also offer their services.
In addition, artists will have the possibility to manage their performances or gigs, and events will be published in a list. The organizers will be able to set events as public or private. Public events will be published on Zaayen and viewable by everyone. Artists, organizers and service providers will also have the possibility to make announcements, and thus reach an important amount of interested profiles.
The main purpose of Zaayen is to allow a negotiation between an organizer and an artist.
A negotiation is initiated by an inquiry or an offer sent by the organizer, possibly followed by an exchange of informal messages, as possibly needed in order to reach an agreement, and concluded (in case of success) by a booking and subsequently an event..

Users
Users can register, having an Zaayen's account without profiles.
Therefore they can browse all artists, organizers and events grouped by categories and/ or countries, regions and cities according to their personal interests.
Users can also comment profiles and send messages to artists or/ and organizers profiles.
Zaa..How?
As artist:
Create a profile, upload videos and pictures, give some information about yourself.
Manage inquiries, negotiations, bookings and events.
Identify interesting location and send offers.
Manage your personal calender and make your events public.
As Organizer:
Create a profile where you can present yourself or company though multimedia.
Search for performers, watch their videos and read about their previous performance, and check if they are free for your event.
Send inquiries, manage offers, negotiations, bookings and make your events public.
After the event you will also be able to post your feedback about performances.
As service provider:
Create a profile, and present your provided services
Manage your inquiries, offers, announcements and bookings.
Improve your awareness through new contacts
As User:
Just register, create a profile of type “Uzaa” and you are already into it!!!
